Privacy policy (Datenschutzerklärung)

1. Controller (Verantwortlicher)
The controller for the processing of data on this website is:
Mijosoftware UG (in Gründung)
Berlin
Email: kontakt@wappsite4you.de
Phone: 017632511848
2. General information on data processing
As a rule, we collect and process personal data of our users only as far as this is needed to provide a working website together with our content and services. Processing regularly takes place either with the consent of the user or where the law permits it (Art. 6 DSGVO, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
3. Access data (server logs)
When you visit this website, the hosting provider stores technically necessary data in server log files:
- IP address (anonymised or shortened)
- Date and time of the request
- Page or file requested
- Referrer URL
- Browser and operating system used
Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). Storage period: 14 days at most.
4. Cookies and local storage
4.1 Technically necessary cookies
We use only those cookies and local storage entries that the technical operation of the website requires. These are:
- Consent preference — stores your cookie decision in your browser (
localStorage) so that the banner does not appear again on every visit. - Admin session — a signed, HTTP-only session cookie for the protected admin area. It is set only when you log in as an administrator.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in operating a functioning website).
4.2 Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
With your express consent we set a session identifier in the sessionStorage of your browser, which is active only for as long as your browser tab is open. It serves to group page views into one session and contains no personal information. The value is deleted automatically when the tab is closed.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG (consent). You can withdraw this consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer of this page.
4.3 Further cookie categories
The "Functional" and "Marketing" categories are prepared in the cookie settings as an optional opt-in, but are not in active use. No third-party trackers, social plugins or advertising cookies are used.
5. Consent management
On your first visit a cookie banner appears where you can set your preferences. Your decision is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and transmitted to our server anonymously so that consent rates can be evaluated.
For this, a pseudonymous value is formed from the IP address and the browser identifier; it changes daily and cannot be traced back. The raw IP address is never stored in the process. Consent records are deleted automatically after 180 days.
You can adjust your consent at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer, or withdraw it entirely. Withdrawing it has no disadvantage for your use of this website.
6. Privacy-friendly usage analysis (analytics)
6.1 What we measure
With your consent we record anonymised usage statistics exclusively on our own European server — without third-party services such as Google Analytics. What is recorded:
- Pages viewed and the order they were viewed in
- Approximate time spent per page and per session
- Device category (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Browser type and operating system
- Language setting of the browser
- Entry page and traffic source (referrer domain only)
- Interactions with buttons (CTAs) and forms
- Scroll depth (thresholds: 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%)
6.2 What we deliberately do not record
- Raw IP addresses
- Personal identifiers (name, email address and the like)
- Device fingerprinting across several days
- Cross-site tracking on third-party websites
- The contents of form fields
6.3 Pseudonymisation
Instead of fixed user identifiers we use a hash that rotates daily. It is calculated on the server from a secret random component, the current date and a shortened browser identifier. The value cannot be reversed and changes every day, which rules out any technical means of following a visitor from one day to the next.
6.4 Analytics storage periods
- Individual event records: 90 days
- Session data: 90 days
- Consent records: 180 days
6.5 Legal basis
The legal basis for the analytics processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with § 25 TDDDG. You can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future through the cookie settings link in the footer of this page.
7. Contact and enquiry forms
Package enquiry (configurator): If you send us your configuration through the enquiry form, your details (name, company, VAT ID where given, email address, telephone number, message and the configuration itself) are transmitted to us by email only and processed there. A package enquiry is not stored in our database.
Consultation request: If you request a consultation appointment, your details (name, company, email address, telephone number, preferred date, and address and message where given) are transmitted to us by email and are additionally stored in our database in order to coordinate the appointment.
Legal basis: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (steps taken prior to entering a contract) or lit. f DSGVO (legitimate interest in handling enquiries efficiently). Retention: consultation requests are deleted 180 days after they are closed; invoicing data is kept for 10 years, as commercial and tax law require.
8. Hosting and data processing
This website and all data connected with it run on the servers of a European hosting provider. All processing takes place within the EU. No transfer to third countries takes place. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 DSGVO is in place with the provider.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- Information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 DSGVO)
- Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 16 DSGVO)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17 DSGVO)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO)
- Data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO)
- Objection to the processing (Art. 21 DSGVO)
- Withdrawal of a consent you have given, with effect for the future (Art. 7 Abs. 3 DSGVO), through the cookie settings link in the footer
- Complaint to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO), for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit)
To exercise your rights, an informal message to kontakt@wappsite4you.de is enough.
10. Data security
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for all data transfers. Passwords are stored only as hashed values (bcrypt). IP addresses are hashed before they are stored and cannot be reversed. Admin sessions are limited in time and are invalidated automatically once they expire.
11. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it continues to match current legal requirements or changes to our services. Where a change is substantial enough to require fresh consent, the cookie banner is shown again. Your next visit is then governed by the most recent version.
